Bhd., Third Party Administrator in Health Insurance originally founded in 1998 as an insurance intermediary promoted by Insurance professionals and well qualified experienced doctors with the objective to increase health insurance penetration with the help of effective health care management services. It is one of the pioneers in the field since 2002 as we started the TPA operations much before the norms were promulgated by the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Malaysia. 📢 ANNOUNCEMENT: New Dashboard Portal Access for MediExpress & Health Connect Portal – Effective 13th October 2025
We are pleased to inform all providers that starting 13th October 2025, we will be implementing a new dashboard portal access for Health Connect and MediExpress.

This new dashboard allows providers to verify member status seamlessly—whether the member is still in our current portal or has been migrated to the new one.

🔐 First-Time Login Guide
(available from 13th October 2025)

  1. Visit hcsb.com.my or www.mediexpress.com.my.
  2. In the LOGIN PROVIDER section, click the “Click Here” link.
  3. Enter your current username and password.
  4. Enter your registered email address and click Submit.

🔸 Please ensure the email address is active. Each username must be linked to one unique email address. This email will be used for password recovery and account verification.

  1. Check your email inbox for a verification email from [email protected].
  2. Click the “Verify Email” link in the email.
  3. Set your new password, confirm it, and click Submit.
  4. Log in again using your username and new password.
